The history of BRC Multifamily Management in Denver dates back to 2008. We have successfully worked with many of our clients to support their acquisition, management, and disposition of multifamily assets. Our team works hard to provide each of our valued clients with unmatched service and dedication. WHAT WE DO
Admin & Accounting
We are available during regular office hours for general inquiries and offer an emergency on-call 24/7 line. We collect, record, and deposit rent and other charges as well as handle delinquent accounts.
Budget
We meet with our owners to discuss goals for the year, evaluate previous yearly expenses, obtain bids from vendors, coordinate financial information for tax prep, and review and update capital projections.
Leasing
Our leasing team is dedicated to showing & selling apartments, preparing leases, and notifying residents of expirations & offering renewals. Marketing efforts include social media, signage, and apartment locator companies with owner approval.
Reporting
Monthly reports to our owners include data such as delinquent accounts, financial statements, rental activities, occupancy reports, maintenance status, annual reports, and other pertinent information.
Maintenance
Our Maintenance division operates and maintains our property upkeep with owner approval, prepares apartments for move-ins, inspects apartments for move-outs, and promptly makes repairs, all while keeping service records and filing any necessary insurance claims.
Turn & Rehab
We have overseen the rehab of many properties and have worked successfully with outside contractors to ensure their work is of the highest quality and stays on budget. We work very closely with you throughout the entire process to ensure your satisfaction.
